It’s okay it isn’t as good as advertised

Not very happy with this unit.It came in and the instructions show adapters and cords that are not included.I hooked the unit to my computer, all it would do is make a beeping noise. There is no website, or phone number to call for troubleshooting, nothing in the directions to help. Without the adapter, the entire unit is worthless.I have a high end gaming computer, there is no reason for anything to plug in and not work.Had there been a way to call a help desk, or a way to troubleshoot, I probably would have rated this at, or near 5 stars, but I cannot even find out if the microphone is any good.

Mine arrived today. I'm missing two cords, the cord straps and the ear buds. Haven't used it yet. But due to the missing parts, definitely not off to a good start.
