The best backpack on wheels
So happy with this backpack, the size is great, the extendable handle is long enough for a tall person and the wheels move so well. Definitely worth the price 👍

Great value
Very good product for its value. Used it on a trip to Europe with 3 laptops inside and books, as carry-on luggage. Pleasant experience!! Highly recommend this product.Beware when leaving this bag out of sight: The largest pocket has two zipper pullers and can be locked (good!) but its top zipper can be opened to give access to this pocket. The three larger front zippers offer large compartments also but have single puller zippers. Neither of the four single puller zippers can be easily secured to prevent access. Even when attempting to secure them jointly using a wire, the front pocket can still offer access to the key ring.

Off balance and veers off into a different direction
I was really excited to receive this bag seeing all the positive reviews and given the obvious benefits of having a back pack with in built wheels. The pockets are great for organisation and keeping lots of things in there. It has a key hook inside which is great and it's a decent size for a few nights worth of clothes. I wanted to use this as a holiday tech backpack for carrying the essentials and electrics I want with me at all times like powerbanks, charging cables, umbrella, water bottle etc without the hassle of having the weight on my back.Unfortunately I immediately noticed that the build quality and performance of the backpack were not up to scratch. I extended the handle and saw that it clearly leans forward rather than being completely vertical. It feels odd to hold the handle with it being at this angle. I tried to walk with it whilst extended as I do in an airport with my carry on spinner suitcase and found that this backpack would not follow me as expected, but it in fact seemed to have a mind off it's own, as it would constantly try to veer off course in it's own direction. I tried it on a hard smooth tiled surface and not on carpet and directly compared it with my spinner suitcase and found that either this suitcase is faulty, or this is just the way it gets manufactured. I noticed another reviewer did mention about the backpack leaning to one side so it is probably the way it actually manufactured. Although it is quite spacious and exactly the type of product I was looking for, I have had to send it back for a refund. I'm still on the lookout now for another spinner backpack just like this, but without the design faults and rolling issues!

Some great features, some not so great
The capacity is good and convenient and the bag itself is well built and sturdy. The balance is dodgy and it topples over easily, even when i lean it against something it will find a way to roll back and fall like its drunk - inconvenient but negotiable. The wheels are small and its quite hard to roll it on 4 wheels and I pretty much end up using just two wheels - annoying because I bought it in particular for the wheeled use. You need to clean the wheel bed often as it sonehow pick up everything and pack it in then not turn (strange - none of my other wheeled bags do this). The real negative that bothers me is the pull out handle which failed. The clicking thing just don't work. It will come all the way out and there is nothing to lock it. This handle situation also means its additionally difficult to roll it on the 4 wheels. I still think its not bad value for money as other bags with 4 wheels seem to be like 4 times the price of this and its quite a solidly made bag. I wrote this review after 7 months use. The sliding mechanism of the handle broke after about 4 months. despite me trying to not lift it with the pullout handle I dont regret it but I wouldn't buy it again (Products I really like i replace with newer versions of themselves when replacement is necessary. This one, no. I have better things to use my annoyance quota on)

Disappointing Design Flaw – Rain Damage Risk to Your Laptop
I was excited to use this laptop backpack, expecting it to keep my belongings secure. Unfortunately, on the very first use, I discovered a significant flaw. The double-deck handle has a small opening that let rain seep in, resulting in damage to my laptop. This was both frustrating and disappointing, as I expected better protection. You can even see in the picture I attached how this access leads directly to where the laptop is stored. I wouldn’t recommend this backpack for anyone needing reliable protection for their electronics."

Matein travel backpack with four wheels
I needed a new carry on cabin bag that would have laptop storage plus enough space for all the things you need for a 12 hour flight including a change of clothes. This bag is lightweight with penty of internal storage space, nice quality and the four wheels makes it a breeze around the airport. Very pleased with this purchase

unusable in 2 months
unfortunately, the rucksack I bought on Amazon is not the quality we expected for the price paid. the retractable handle stopped working a couple of weeks after use and was stuck in one position only. 2 months after the back wheel broke too and now my son can't roll it or use it as a backpack as the handle can't be put down and sticks above the head. So 2.5 after purchase the product is unusable.
