I GOT THIS PRODUCT FOR ICE CREAM SHOPS & THEY LOVE IT ........BUT WHAT I DISLIKE IS THE PRODUCT WAS BROKEN BECAUSE THE PACKAGING WASN'T WRAPPED ENOUGH TO PROTECT IT

I have bought multiples of this sign for our shop and ALL of them have melted their USB plug. it over heats and melts the cable... don't buy this one.

Very bright!
The media could not be loaded. Usually faux neon LED lights are very dim. This one is great.

Works good
Lights are bright and clear. Great sign. Took away one star because the adhesive for the hooks is terrible. Had to hang it with a magnetic set of hooks.

Plug in description was vague
Description was vague, it seemed to be battery operated and only needed plugged to charge

Worked for one month
It’s only good if you use it sparingly. We had it at our ice cream shop and had it on for 10 hours a day. Lasted one month. The connector melted right into block

Bad luck on this one
No way to adjust. Came poorly packaged. Sign just flashed incessantly and was worse than a strobe light. Going back to Amazon. Not usable and certainly work like the description
