The racket arrived unstrung, and I am not the first person having this issue. The racket itself is in new and great, so I won't return it, but the product description is misleading, and you have to suck it up as a customer if you don't want to return the racket, as there's no way of discussing the issue with Amazon by sending a message and requesting the strings for instance.
