The pre workout which u get which this is really bad.. when I said bad it is to the skin infection level.. the reaction is Asap your abdominal part is going to burn and ur skin gets the rashes so please be careful..

It honestly tastes bad enough to make you want to skip the shake altogether.On top of that, every time I scoop the powder, it feels like dust—it spreads in the air like fine powder and makes a mess. Overall, this is just a terrible product, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and look for a better protein powder elsewhere.

If u think this is cheap and best let me tell u this is not cheap ur paying 1849rs for 900 gram. Then the biggets gimmick is 3w gram protein per serving but look at the serving size its 25 gram. So if you compare with any other protein which is around same price like miscle blaze it will give 24 yo 26 gram protein in smaller serving size that is around 30 to 30 gram which means if you calculate price per serving other brands are much better in this price and protein delivery becoz it is universal favt if u increase the dosage you will get more protein. And i ordered caffe latte flavor which is not that good. In terms of protein its much sweeter than expected. It is not expected to be that sweet protein. Only one thing is good it will mix easily. And last the if we talk about results it will again not give you what you want or expected. I got if i say grossly half filled dabba of that protein delivered.
