We just lo e out canopy! Best buy for the yard ever. Building it was definitely a bit of a challenge and you definitely need at least 2 people.All parts were in package (keep them organized), no damage.To us the trickiest were the roof parts. We suggest using double sided tape for the "triangle" parts to keep it as one to slide into the frame. It was much easier that way than sliding them in separately.Other than that, great built and very sturdy.

I read a lot of reviews before buying this one. overall I'd say most are spot on. I assembled this with my son over a weekend. **needed an extra person when we were installing the posts and cross beams. I'd say that the instructions were pretty good over all. The bags of screws were labeled properly as were all the parts. The sheer volume of screws for this thing will intimidate even a seasoned DIYer - there are A LOT of screws. Installed on 14' x 18' concrete patio and bought my own anchor screws to set the posts into the patio. The only hassle was the roof panels - they require a lot of patience and finesse - or just a lot of cursing. curtains and netting seem to work fine. You'll need to find a way to keep them from blowing around - I haven't found a good method yet. you can easily fit plastic ties between the roof struts and the roof panels if you want to run lights. we've had some heavy rains and everything stays dry underneath. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this again

This ended up looking great. The bad points...a lot of the pieces were dented, or rusty. The directions are terrible, if you haven't built anything, you will need help from someone who has.Overall, once we straightened and figured it out, it looks great. Curtains and nets are great quality. For the money this was a good buy. Doesn't leak as it overlaps.

I purchased the 12x16 gazebo with the thicker frame. The posts look like wood but they are metal, which I wanted for less maintenance. My husband and I were able to unpack all the boxes and assemble it in one day. It came with the netting as well but we just haven't put it on yet. It's very sturdy and looks exactly like the pictures.

The positive: It’s a beautiful gazebo and fairly sturdy.The negative: It comes in a million pieces (our boxes were severely damaged), it was missing a few screws, the instructions are pictures only and hard to follow, and the curtains that come with it are cheap.Less than 2 weeks after setting up the gazebo, the zipper fell off one of the curtain panels. I contacted customer service. I was asked to send pictures which I did. They determined that the zipper did not effect the functionality of the gazebo and we’re going to do nothing about it. After explaining that it does (we zip it up every night to protect our patio furniture) and that I did not pay over $1,600 for this item to have a part break in 2 weeks, customer service said they would reimburse me $10 and suggested I take the curtain to a tailor. $10 WILL NOT cover a tailor and fixing this issue should not be my problem. The curtain should have been replaced by the company as far as I am concerned. While customer was polite, they did not resolve my issue and I would not recommend buying anything from this company as they will not work with you to fix issues.

We’ve owned the 20 x 12 gazebo for a little over a year. The structure itself is solid, we’ve run electricity to the gazebo, and everything holds up in the wind. The reason we gave it three stars is due to the curtains and the screens, they are of an extraordinarily cheap quality and begin tearing up very soon after being installed to make matters worse once they become so tattered that they are no longer useful, the company does not sell the replacement curtains, nor do they point you in the direction to purchase them. The measurements of these curtains are not a standard measurement so you can’t buy them from just anywhere and you’re left looking for a company to make custom gazebo curtains and screens. The privacy screens are not that important to you. Then the gazebo structure itself is the way to go. For everyone else, this is something to seriously consider.

The customer service was incredible. I had several questions about the gazebo, so I emailed the customer service department at least three times before we ordered and once before we assembled and received an answer with in 24 hours each time . When I placed the order I was told to expect the 7 boxes in 10 days; they were delivered in three days.We inventoried each box for the parts and all were delivered. We even received a few extra screws and nuts. All parts were neatly packed and well protected.Assembly was as expected, a little tough. I hired two handymen and enlisted my son-in-law so there were 4 of us working. It took a solid 8 hours to complete. The instructions could be better as it is only pictures and sometimes tough to follow, but workable. I highly recommend you have power drills and or power screwdrivers (5/32 bit). We used drills instead of the one allen wrench provided. Also suggest you have at least two ladders. We had two but could have used one or two more. We only had a few areas where the holes didn't line up and we were able to enlarge the holes slightly to fit.Most important thing is to expect a long day but know it will be worth it.We are extremely happy with the gazebo.

Good quality product. My only issue is that I might have bought a very large size and is not a good idea where I live due to strong winds at times.
