Quickest customer support response I’ve ever received. The company offered to resend the missing part at no charge. Can’t beat that. Seems like an ok cannon. The canister is cheap plastic and I don’t imagine this lasting too long. It is not the more common thicker and durable plastic like many other brands from no-names to name brands who stick to a thicker plastic generally. That said, it’s a good cannon, the metal filter on the hose is a nice addition, though my new box was missing the 1.1 orifice. (See update)

Bought in June 2025. Used 4x. Worked great. Foams like a boss. Stored clean, dry, alone, in box, & inside house. Never dropped/injured. No rust on parts. Lid broke as I just opened it(was not ‘stuck’ on). Lid is plastic. Otherwise, would have a 5 star. *A stainless steel lid would not have just broken like that, maybe they’ll replace the lid? We will see. Will give update on that.

My second time buying this foam canon. Both SAME problems. 1. The lid breaks every time. 2. The bolt in the lid stays getting loose. 3. It’s just not worth it. This time I had put it in the dishwasher on the top rack……. NOT high heat. It came out completely melted and it shrank down to a completely smaller size than it was. It’s nice to use first couple times… but I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this one for long time use. Pathetic.

Great Foam Cannon. Produces the shaving cream like foam, if you get your setting right with your pressure washer. Orifice sizes does matter. I switched mine to the smaller one provided.

Performs great. I was and still am impressed with the foam. Not impressed with the durability of the material it is made of. DO NOT DROP or let anything hit it. It cracks and breaks easily. Put our great foam while it was in one piece.
