Excellent product and delivery. After my research, I chose this brand. I seem to get the same level of relief from one of these capsules than I did with taking a higher dosage from other brands. Consistent, helped tremendously with my leg and foot cramps. I have now purchased this three times.

Great quality and comparable to other brands.Dropping to 4 stars due to (at least) one of the capsules breaking, causing the entire bottle to be covered in powder.

Using this to soften the stools. I've been trying literally everything imaginable and this one actually works. I took 3-4 the first couple of weeks to get cleaned out after months of back up and now I take one in the morning and one in the evening.

Can't live without it! If I miss a couple days or forget to bring them when out of town, my body feels the difference and missed it. Custom for life!

My doctor told me to use this instead of my regular Magnesium. Said it will give more energy and better joint health. So far, I do feel better.

They got rid of the whitish softel version of purely mag citrate which was AWESOME. It was superior to other brands of mag citrates I’ve tried. It’s why I switched to this brand. They even changed it in my purchase history to this powder capsule version. Bummed.The loved one I bought it for raved about it and I loved it too. I take other kinds of magnesium too but this would have been a staple. Somehow the capsule version just isn’t the same :(Glad they have at least another softgel version but it’s mixed with other magnesium forms. I will update my review upon trying it.
