Nature's Stance XyliDENT Xylitol Tablets for Dry Mouth Relief - Stimulates Saliva, Freshens Breath, Reduces Acid Production, Fast Acting Relief, 100 Count (Peppermint)

I’ve been ordering the wintergreen xylident mints for my hubby for months, not because he has an issue with dry mouth, but because they’re sweetened with xylitol. This helps rid your mouth of the bacteria that causes cavities, and is perfectly healthy and safe for adults in small amounts. Recently I was prescribed medication that causes my mouth to feel like I’m sucking on sandpaper, I like his mints so decided to try the cinnamon ones. They are delicious! Average size for a breath mint and very effective. They only have .05 grams of xylitol per mint & since 5 grams or less is considered safe, are easy to enjoy in moderation. There are a few caveats: DO NOT ALLOW PETS NEAR THEM ‼️ They are extremely toxic to dogs & can actually kill them. Because they can cause digestive issues in high doses, I probably wouldn’t give them to kids. I doubt one would harm them, but better safe than sorry. If you are someone who has a sugar free mint or piece of gum in your mouth all day you’re going to want to track the amount of xylitol you’re consuming. In high doses it can cause gas and diarrhea (5G +), and research suggests that long term use of very high levels could be linked to increased health risks. I didn’t find anything suggesting that it is at all dangerous in low amounts such as in these & in fact is beneficial - especially when you’re not able to brush right away. Really helps me with the dry mouth problem. Bottle has 100 mints, so though not cheap they do seem cost effective since you only have one every few hours. Alright, time to get these if you have any issues with dry mouth! I got the cinnamon flavor, absolutely love it. It tastes like big red gum. It's not overpowering, it helps your mouth water but in a more subtle way. I've tried the hard candy versions but they make me feel like I'm drooling and my mouth dries up as soon as it's done whereas this stuff has my mouth feeling better for a little while afterwards too. Worth it and plan to keep using these moving forward! Wish it came in a better container to throw one in my purse/on the go but I can always find something to put a few in.

So far these are the only thing that helps my dry mouth a little. They do leave a film or stickiness in my mouth. I use them at night only because of this. As soon as you drink something that goes away along with the effectiveness. They do taste good and are easy to use. Just pop it in your mouth and suck on it well that’s what it says. Anyone with dry mouth knows you can’t really suck on anything without adding water to it which doesn’t last. So I chew them up. That works too. I’ll continue to buy them as they are the only thing that helps at night.

I love the cinnamon flavor. It definitely keeps my mouth from getting so dry. I put one in my mouth every night and hold it up in the roof of my mouth with my tongue. It works all night. When I wake up in the morning I am ready for a drink but I have NO crud built up from dry mouth. I'm so grateful my friend recommended it to me. Good product. I haven't tried any of the other flavors.

These are tasty, but do not last as long as the brand I normally use. They also lack any ability to adhere to the inside of your mouth, which makes them a choking risk while sleeping. My normal brand has a concave side which solidly sticks to the inside of your mouth. Having said that, they are delicious and I definitely ate them all.

I have severe dry mouth. These help when I have to speak to someone and don’t want to sip water the entire time. The pomegranate flavor is tasty. It doesn’t correct my issue but at least gives me some relief and ability to talk for more than a minute without my mouth drying out.

Dry mouth mints. Great favor and great size.. works wonderfully on my dry mouth.

I like another product better, that has larger tablets. They don’t melt as quickly.
