I purchased this unit to help in my small office. I wanted something to sit on my desk, be very quiet and not take up a lot of room, most important keep me comfortable. As a menopausal women hot flashes are constant and this unit has a mister, connects to a USB port and definitely keeps me from cooking from the inside out! I fill it up with ice and water when I get to work and I have remained comfortable for 8 hours. The light feature I enjoy when I get tired of my overhead lights in my office. The only thing I wish it had was insultation within the water tank to reduce the condensation on the outside, other than that I would purchase this again for along side my bed but I think the price is a bit on the high side but I still love my purchase.

This unit doesn't cool the air and is a waste of money. A regular tabletop or free standing floor fan would be a better option. I tried both cold water and ice in the tray and it didn't cool my tiny closet sized room at all. It's also quite loud and a distraction if you are trying to rest or carry on a conversation with someone. Mine will go directly to the garbage.

The rotation worked or a few days then stopped working all together

This was a perfect little desktop unit that I keep in my office (hottest room in the house). I used it probably 6 times and the fan function is now the only thing that works. I already have 2 fans in my office and I bought this because it cools, so it really does me no good at this point.When it worked the cooling function was decent. On the first setting it did offer a nice cooling effect when I put ice in the tank. The second setting spits out quite a bit of water (like a mister), which isn’t bad, but doesn’t work well around electronics. The base also sweats if you use ice, but putting the unit on a towel does help to mitigate that.Missed my return window so I’m stuck with a desktop fan at this point, but did the job cooling me off the handful of times I got to use it.

I don’t normally write reviews but my AC went out in August in Texas with 112 heat index and this little guy saved my life when the house got so hot I didn’t think I could stand it. I normally use it on the screen porch and it is so portable and lightweight it was easy to bring into the house and set on my side table. Temp in the house is 90 degrees while the AC is being worked on and in my chair with this machine it is comfortable.Terrific product and cools fine just with water and even cooler with ice! Strong fan too. Highly recommend!!!!

This is deceptively marketed as an AC system but all it does is blow room temp air and mist you with water that you fill up in the tank. Used it for about 10 minutes and my pillow was soaked. There aren’t even real buttons on the top. You have to press this flat button 18 times until you find the right angle of your finger to get it to work once. Overall just no good.

Small water filled ac. Small for desk spaces and does put a decent amount of cool air out. Not enough for a whole room but good in addition to larger unit La being used and need a boost.
