I purchased these candles to solve a problem. I have a small (14 inches wide door) wood burner. I have been unable to find artificial logs that will fit the space. For various reasons I am resistant to using a real fire. Fire safety and fear of grandchild burning her hands on the stove as it is on hearth and very accessible to 4 year olds. When I saw these candles on Amazon I had an idea to make my own artificial logs. I purchased a set and they flicker with a yellowish flame and buried with wood and pine cones and a few led tea candles scattered around among the twigs, logs and pine cones and one of these candles I have a small “fire” that never gets hot and never is a fire hazard nor can it burn little fingers. So while this is not the usual use of these candles it makes me happy to see my wood burner with a flickering “fire”. And the best part is no hazards, no mess and need to keep adding wood. A win/ win. And of course I still have a candle to use on my patio. I would highly recommend these candles. The remote is perfect and while they do NOT feel like pine, form a distance and with a decorative license they look like pine. Highly recommend.

They last long (left them on overnight) after charging, and cast a nice soft light in a dark space.

We have a fireplace the gas log that we unhooked and we were using regular candles in it. We tried these and we love them. It looks nice as you can see no problems with fires or smoke. I think you’ll love them too.

These have an older look which I love. I set them with the remote right out of the box and they have been coming on and turning off so they work great and brighten the room as it’s getting darker through the month. I love I don’t have to buy any more batteries and they just plug in to recharge. They have a cozy bark look to them and the flame is quite bright and big. Revisited this 2 months later and one flame is already not working such a bummer .

We love these candles because the look and feel so realistic! This is the third set we’ve purchased and my wife has them spread throughout the living room. Having them turn on and off with a remote control is the “cat’s meow” as far as we are concerned.

Looks very wood like and beautiful. Timer feature is great and I like the fact I can control the flames brightness with the remote control...

Rather cheap looking when not lit. White paint smeared on outside and “ wick” sits up really high. Like recharging feature. Sit up high and it looks much better

Ambiance for lighting my stairs and no need to turn on a light. I have 14 stairs. I actually use these all over the house.
