Neat 3B Action Cream - Anti Chafe Balm & Antiperspirant for Chub Rub, Sweat Rash, Sweating - Unscented Anti Chafing Chamois Cream - 75 Grams

I really like this cream. I have bigger boobs, (38DD), and I tend to sweat more around my underboob. I was using the Little Angels nappy cream from Aldi as everyone was saying it was good, however it seemed to make me sweat even more and made it smell unpleasant.I eventually started looking around for a different cream and found this 3-in-1 and saw that it worked for the area I needed it to. I bought it to try it out and ever since haven't had one trace of sweat in that area and if I do sweat a little, no smell whatsoever. It has even helped with the rash and it's faded. I was worried about stinging, as I have sensitive skin, but haven't experienced anything of the sort. I'm now on my second one.I also layer the Procoal London activated charcoal natural deodorant balm, (also pictured and which I also bought off here), on top to seal it in and it works like magic. No sweat, no chafing, no rash. It absorbs into the skin and doesn't leave any slimy residue.It is a little pricey, but worth it, in my opinion. Highly recommend!

This product works. Honestly ive battled for so long to find a product that would help me and i have finally found one ! First things first, nature will take care of things but sometimes you need to give nature a head start. This product will PROTECT the affected area from further damage. It will take 3 weeks of application/protection for nature to deal with the problem but in the meantime it will PROTECT. It took 3 weeks of applying the product but the affected area has now healed totally. The product is small but i purchased in December 2021 and its now end of July 2022 and i still have loads left. Once recovery has taken place just use every couple of days and you only need a tiny amount ! 3 weeks and i promise you that the problem has gone. Completely. Just reapply every couple of days (tiny bit is all thats needed) and you wont have the issue again. Gone forever and i couldnt be happier. Its not the cheapest but i swear it will work if you give it enough time.

Omg! It actually works. Easy finally fading and feels more comfortable. Only downside is you have to keep using

Just had to leave a review to let other people know how good this cream is for painful sweat rash and chafing. My elderly mum is very heavy up top and I'd tried everything to try to clear a persistent rash she'd developed under her boobs - it was really angry, inflamed, peeling and nothing would shift it. Even prescription Timodine didn't do much. I read the reviews on here and thought it was worth a punt and, crikey, was it ever. It's not just a preventative - it soothed the rash from the first night it was applied. Definite improvement overnight and the rash was basically gone within a few days. Using it as a preventative every couple of days in this hot weather has helped keep the area clear. It's really excellent stuff and I'm so pleased to have found it as she's now pain-free and can sleep. Worth any price, can't complain when it does what it says it will do. I'm stocking up in case it gets discontinued like so many good things seem to be. I'm curious if the name is different in its native Oz? "3Bs - breasts, buttocks and... legs?" I'm guessing it's probably handy for the other unmentionable Bs, too. ;)

Took this on holiday for chub rub. It’s good for very short periods of time when walking but after 10/15 minutes of walking I would start to feel sore or friction. I had to reapply lots and often at very inconvenient moments.

Excellent cream really works well rather expensive for size of the tube but it last quite a while would recommend if affordable to you.

Was a bit doubtful of this - nothing had ever kept my sweat rashes at bay for more than half a day before - usually I’m using barrier creams that stain clothes and smell a bit weird. But I decided to try this as the other solutions weren’t working well at all.I had a bad sweat rash that came up right under my belly. Raw weeping painful skin that just kept returning because I spend a lot of time sitting down. It was often itchy too which was uncomfortable.Within two days of using this, that rash was already almost healed away and within five it was gone completely never to return. Since then, I apply this after a wash, bath or shower to prevent the rash returning - and it never had since. The area doesn’t even get red or itchy like it used to any more. I forget there was ever any irritation there. You forget it’s there.The cream feels a little thick but a little goes a long way, Pea sized amount, spread between fingers then spread across the affected areas (keep spreading, it takes a bit of work to distribute) and that’s all you need to do.No unpleasant smells to it, however the cream doesn’t set or dry out which some might find a bit weird to get used to.It’s clearly some type of barrier cream that leaves a moist layer on the skin and protects it from chafing or sweat from causing a reaction. Surprisingly although the cream stays moist, it doesn’t itch or feel irritating, and unlike using talcum powder, your skin won’t become dry, flaky and there’s no mess of powder to clean up from floors or get off of clothes. Doesn’t seem to stain clothes either.One application can last days (I found this out when I had a back injury and was bed bound for four days).The fact the application gives long lasting relief makes me think that at home carers or care staff in retirement homes may want to look at this for patients with limited mobility who suffer sweat rashes. My guess, it’s probably also going to prevent rashes from using incontinence products - might be worth a try if nothing else works.Honestly didn’t expect anything like this to ever work but it’s a amazing. Highly recommend. Made such a big difference to my issues, I’m so much more comfortable now.
