Much softer and easier to sleep with than my previous gum shield which was a top and bottom variety. This one is top teeth only.

It works but you need to be comfortable and get used to sleeping with this in your mouth, which might be very uncomfortable for some because it is big. But for me, it works very well.

I like these, they are simple to mould to your mouth shape and effective. I wear it regularly, but not every night, and it has taken several months before I have finally bitten through it. Good job it's a pack of four!

Didn't go much for these made me feel sick

Great for woman as smaller than all the others sold! Others are too big and bulky! I always buy these as my bulldog as habbit of finding them on my bedside draws and chewing them to bits 😑 my dentist tried to charge me a whooping £600 for a custom guard 😱 these do the trick just as well and very cheap and practically the same fit as u mold them to your teeth!

Please do not buy. I followed the instructions to the dot and once I molded it to my teeth they started to bleed due to all the sucking as requested to mold.Never bled before. It was sooo uncomfortable so I tried the bottom and the same thing happened again I'm bleeding, the instructions were so confusing as it says to mold both and sleep in it, however, the video they provided to watch states one. Either way they were extremely uncomfortable they went straight in the bin, although amazon wanted it back evrb after it being molded to my teeth how disgusting.

Easy to do

I have fibromyalgia and have recently been diagnosed with TMJ as well. Have worn a mouth guard on my upper teeth to protect against grinding for years. Thought perhaps wearing a guard on my lower teeth would help with tension whilst I slept. Spoke to dentist but they didn’t feel it was a good idea. I saw these and given the low cost, decided it was worth the gamble. I found it was easy to mould the guard following the instructions. The only issue I had was that the guard was quite deep and pressed into my gums. I managed to trim it down, which was not easy. I thought it might affect the fit but luckily not. have only been using for a short while but am already feeling the benefits. I still have tension, but is not as bad. I’m also waking up with fewer and milder headaches. Definitely recommended trying by anyone experiencing similar problems especially give low cost
