Good Supplement
I have high insulin resistance and can't tolerate Metformin so I turned to this to help. It isn't a one-to-one substitute, especially if you're looking to lose weight with it, but it does help slow weight gain. This version seems to help more than the regular version as well. I will definitely keep ordering this one for a long time!

BEWARE OF POSSIBLE WEIGHT GAIN
I tried the product for 2 months. Started slowly by using 1 capsule per day. Experienced occasional stomach issues AND A WEIGHT GAIN OF 4-5 POUNDS. YUCKY YUCK!!! This was totally unexpected. I did not change eating habits or exercise habits.
