Great Sword For LARP.
I was very surprised at the durability of this large sword. There is no sway or flop with this sword despite its size. Very strong. The handle has some very nice details in it and it has some good weight. Highly recommend.

Amazing quality!
I am in LOVE with this sword! The quality is absolutely amazing! The foam outter part is soft and embellished with incredible detail. The inside/center feels reinforced. This sword is absolutely perfect for cosplay and larp! Highly recommend!

Not LARP safe
Its a beautiful sword. It didn't pass my LARP's weapon inspection.

impressive, looks great, feels great, handle diameter is a bit on the small side, good price
Up front it initially just looks fantastic! Aside from not being super shiny it looks quite realistic. The only negative I can see is that the handle is quite small in diameter. Seriously, it’s very small at just about 7/8”. For an adult this feels a bit awkward. Real swords are easily 1”+ or 1.5”. There are also a couple small mold holes leftover, but I can’t take away the rating for that part. There is a great level of detail in the hilt and handle as well. All of the paint looks quite good and is decently realistic. In the right situation it could almost be taken for a real sword. And it’s actually a bit weighty at 1 lbs 3.5 oz (554g). And it’s definitely a bit large for a smaller child and should really be used by a larger tween or older. But it feels pretty close to the weight and balance of a real sword which is nice.Overall, it’s a fantastic LARP/cosplay/ren prop sword. It clearly could be used for some contact play as well. For this price it’s a no brainer. I only remove a star for the handle diameter that feels very odd.

Durable, amazing quality
I was honestly very suprised by this LARPing sword, in a world of cheap knockoffs this is a beacon of what should be the standard. First off, the design and attention to detail is amazing! If this was hanging on the wall at a good distance, this could easily be mistaken for a real sword. The small details such as the indentions, worn look to the crossguard/chappe, and even the handle are all very well executed. The only visual flaw I could find would be that the chappe and blade are off center to each other.Durability wise, this sword can handle quite the punishment! I gave it a good few smacks against a wooden table and it showed no damage. The only damage I was able to inflict was when I hit the sword hard against a sharp 90° edge of the table and even then the damage was only a small cosmetic mark on the blade. It would he safe to say this would hold up to a day on the battlefield. The material is a stiff foam, with a very strong, unyielding core from the blade to the handle. A note of warning you will absolutely need to wear some thick gloves should you decide to swing this around, the chappe seems to be one of the hardest parts of the sword, feeling almost like a hardened plastic at first touch. This will dig into your hand when swinging and give major skin rashes from repeated contact, thus the need for gloves. The crossguard is more or less there for cosmetics only, and would be considered the weakest of the sword. While it may provide momentary protection from a direct stike to the center base of the guard, it's very flexible the further you stray from the center, I could see this getting warped from just a few hits or even a day of LARPing.Overall it's a fantastic sword when you factor in the price, detail, and functionality of the sword as a whole. You would be hard pressed to find better quality and durability for this price.

Looks very realistic!
To be honest, I do not know how much something like this usually costs, but it seemed to be expensive to me. HOWEVER, it is super realistic!!! This would make a great cosplay sword. At first glance it appears to be made of real metal and wood. The color and shadow and details of this sword are amazing! It is very sturdy and seems to be durable for the most part. The tip bends if you set it on the ground with the tip down. But it goes right back to the correct position once you pick the sword up. I don't recommend setting it on the tip so that it does not get bent permanently and ruined. I recommend this sword for anyone looking for a sword like this! It is really a neat thing to own.

BOA - bent on arrival
For the amount of money spent, we were expecting a box which would adequately compensate for the size of the sword. Well, that didn’t happen. The tip of the sword was severely bent upon arrival, so I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item if you want it as depicted.

I feel like a badass
This thing is massive for a prop sword. And quite hefty, so I feel kinda like a warrior when I wield it. The handle is plastic and the rest is foam though it has a nice pole in the center to keep it strong. It would be great for larp if you want to wield a massive longsword. It looks beautiful and realistic, even up close. A bit difficult to store due to its size as I'm not sure how to hang it up. Maybe a guitar holder. It's made of great quality and could definitely withstand a beating if you want to use it in some roleplay action. I most certainly feel like a badass just carrying it around.
