This mug is big, heavy and great if you have a big mouth!It looks exactly like the picture, and is something that people will notice. The gold handle and rim give it a good look.One thing, it is not good if you try to reheat coffee in a microwave!

Unfortunately as is elderly it’s too heavy for me

A beautiful mug exactly as pictured; black on the inside, graduated colour on the outside, gold handle. It's a quality pottery mug and the capacity is large as indicated. It is consequently very heavy and considerably more so when full of liquid. Not for the weak wristed!

I liked the mug until this happened and as it is not chipped or knocked it has just cracked, from left side of handle to base and right of handle up side to middle of mug although not through to inside yet. But if did go right through very dangerous if full of hot tea or coffee. Plus no way of contacting the manufacturer because of this fault. Amazon gave me a link but was a robot and i got nowhere with it.I also purchased another mug, the same except colour which has not been used yet and i am very reluctant to let anyone use it now.

I actually bought a second one. Lovely big size for a decent cup of coffee in the morning. I have one for work and one for home. The colours are a little darker and a little less vibrant than in the photos but we're all used to photos online being ramped up, aren't we? Bit baffled by those complaining it gets hot in the microwave - the rim and handle are metallic so we don't put those things in the microwave, do we? And why are people microwaving their hot drinks? Anyway ... I love this mug very much.

Bought this for size and colour. I wanted a sturdy large mug.Be aware this us a chunky heavy mug, not easy to hold one handed when full. And you certainly can't carry 2 one handed. But i dont care i love it and it matches perfectly. A nice solid mug

Nice mug but the colour is nothing like in the picture. It's far darker. So disappointing colour but nice mug
