Surprisingly useful!
Bought these as part of the Varijig experience, but with the Varijig being so huge I usually just clamp the arms down with F clamps and bought these just for completeness.Much to my surprise, soon after buying them I was routing a drawer front for a recessed handle and couldn't get the jig clamped properly with the F clamps so whipped these off the shelf and they did the job!Nicely-made and good clamping pressure.

Varijig Pivot Clamps
The clamps are integral to the varijig frame, fitting into the runners of it. I’m not saying they are a must, but they go along way to securing your workpiece. Two is a working minimum. Excellent quality. Value for money - bit pricey, but

really good well made product. i have done joinery work for some 20 plus years and always looking for really handy tools that do the job well and this is one of them. i purchased the longer brackets which come in handy for thicker timber which also work well. light weight, really well made.

Required when using varijig on thicker items
Ideal for use with the Trend straight edge where the supplied clamps are not suitable for the thickness of a door
