This is a great fan with a charger. The panel does charge great.

Works great
Works great. I have it set up to run off my solar setup. I use a 12v USB cord with a plug adaptor. Now I can be cool in the heat when the power goes out. Very happy.

Works as advertised
I tested it and on full power (12), running solely off the battery and it lasted just short of three hours. I plugged the solar panel in and let it charge up. The battery recharged in about 3 hours.It works for what I needed it for, so I am happy.

An item last well beyond a few months. this fan stopped functioning after10 months
This is a relatively expensive fan that functions effectively during operation. However, once the battery is no longer able to hold a charge, there does not appear to be any available option for purchasing a replacement, which significantly impacts the product’s long-term usability.

We live in the Mohave Desert where temps can reach 120. Although power outages are rare still a concern. The fan is great, it puts out a lot of wind with little noise. To feel the maximum wind one must be closer than 10 feet. Battery storage is 6 months. Run time 5 to 24 hrs. It's beautifully made, good size. The instructions are not clear but to operate so simple that instructions aren't really needed. Four bars show amount of stored battery power. Perfect for emergency use or camping. I recommend this fan and am going to buy a second one.

Not what we were looking for!
While the fan certainly works and moves air well we bought it as a barn fan to use with solar. At best on speed 6/12 the battery lasts 3-4 hours and then turns completely off and does not come back on when it is recharged with the solar panel. In other words on must manually turn it back on each time! This is not what we were looking for and have returned it after being up a couple of days.

Lasted 1.5 years
Used in my horse barn. Worked well enough for 1 10x10 stall hung at 9’ height. Now after a year and a half the solar panel only charges the battery half full. I cleaned the panel just in case it was dusty but that did not help. Not sure if it’s a fan issue or an actual battery loading issue.
