This arnica cream is luxurious, creamy and quite thick. If used as directed, I find my bruises heal more quickly than other arnica products. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I have used this cream. I usually got the now 6 or 7% gel that was reduced in strength, I guess to cut cost. I have much better muscle soreness relief and use far less of it. It does not completely soak in like the gels but what doesn't is not noticeable to me overall.

I'm on blood thinners. Thought I'd try this for my bruising. It actually made it worse. Mild bruising actually became more pronounced.
