SIGNIFICANT improvement!After surgery for colon cancer 8 years ago I have had to wear a pad which would prove quite necessary every day, if you get what I mean. I have been taking the Psyllium with Pre and Probiotics for about a month now. A pad is almost not needed as most days are "accident-free". There is still the occasional extremely minor "accident" maybe once a week. Compared to my life before.......this is dramatic and near life-changing.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great taste and helps your gut be regular just be sure to drink a glass of water after taking. Do not take before going to sleep or lying down.

This product usually comes with a plastic cap to seal with after popping the can but did not come with a plastic cover this time which is a huge inconvenience as I had to transfer it to another container. If this happens again I will stop my subscription

I think this is ok. I've had much better results with the stuff from Walmart or other non-powdery ones from WholeFoods.Taste is ok. Not sure if the Pro-Biotics are doing their thing. Waiting for it to run out so I can go back to the normal one from WholeFoods or Walmart.
