Extremely easy to put on and take off, I have a torn meniscus and this really helps with the pain (I can’t explain why one a scientific and biological sense but it does help me) fits most people, if you have bigger ankles it would be difficult putting on.The weight isn’t much numbers wise but you can absolutely feel the difference wearing it and especially when you take it off after 10mins of walking with them.Velcro hold is strong but it would be annoying if you try running with them. I propose using it for everyday life like walking and lounging around.I like to do leg lifts while laying down and you’d be surprised how great of a workout you get.

Clearly ordered the Olive color and received Pink Peach. Not worth going through the hassle of returning. Just wish folks would pay attention to details and send the consumer what they ordered. The 3 star is due to sending the wrong color. The product itself looks and feels like good quality but I haven’t had a chance to use them yet for a performance rating.Update:I did not expect the company to reach out to me, however, they did respond back offering to give a refund. I refused the refund due to the product not being damaged and it did perform as expected though it was the wrong color. Did not feel a refund was necessary. In return, the company offered to send me the color that I had ordered without the hassle of me having to ship the others back. I am very impressed with their consumer service. It is very hard to find good customer service these days.I am changing my star review to a five. The product is made of very good quality material, performs very well and the olive color is a beautiful deep color. I will definitely be ordering more items from them in the very near future. You will not go wrong, nor will you be disappointed ordering these ankle weights. Also, the company did not ask me to edit or change my review. I did that on my own based off of a great product and even better consumer service.

These weights were almost perfect for my need. The problem is when all 5 weights are being used, the strap is not long enough to meet when wrapped around my ankle. It would be nice if the strap was longer. If you have small legs, these weights will work fine. I love the fact that the weights are adjustable and come out easily.

Great value for money. Love that I can change the weights and build up weight as needed or others in family can change weight to their needs. Weight bags slide out easily. You will need to have some patience putting them back in. Main wrap feels durable. Time will tell if sand bags leak or not. No smell. Fits my ankles nicely and even over legs above my knees. Using for both lateral leg lifts, clamshells and some core exercises.

Great quality weights, very sturdy. I’m sure changing the weights may be a little challenging for some, but I don’t need to change them, so they’re good for me. I have had zero issues with them. They fit my narrow ankles, and also my giant teen son’s tree trunk ankles, and everyone in between.

I am going to leave my original review as I still believe a design change would make this product more user friendly, but I do want to compliment the seller as, after they read my review, they offered me a full refund because I had difficulties using their product. I consider this the sign of an ethical, caring business. They proved they are a great company.Original review: I bought these because I liked the idea that I could change how much they weighed, and the videos made it look like the weight bags were easy to remove and put back in, but I admit I really struggled to remove the bags. Ended up using a pair of pliers to grab hold of them which enabled me to finally get the tops of the bags out of the slots. Since I wanted to start with three pounds in both, I had to get 4 of the bags out. Out of curiosity, I did make an attempt to put one of the bags back in, but I gave up before I succeeded. I do have some arthritis in my hands and my grip is not that strong, but I do feel the design could be changed to make the process a lot easier, such as making the top a flap so that one could just flip the flap up and grab the top of the bag. I believe this company does make a different set which has loops on the ends of the bags so they can just be pulled out, but that set did not have the weights I wanted.I also worried because the Velcro was so strong I wondered if I would be able to pull it apart. Once I got it open the first time, it seemed like it got a bit easier to pull apart. Once you put these on, you will have no worries that they will come off before you take them off.I obviously am not the strongest person — hence the acquisition of exercise equipment to try to improve — but I do think the design could be changed just slightly to make the product more user friendly. I chose these to be able to change the weights, but I doubt if I ever will.

I’ve been using these ankle weights for a few months now and honestly, no complaints. They’re versatile, easy to adjust, and the weight customization is super handy. The Velcro holds well, though occasionally I spot little fuzzies peeling off—nothing dramatic, just mildly cosmetic. Still doing their job like champs!
