No significant improvement in bone health after using 2 bottles.Suggest makers to use magnesium glycolate instead of mgo. Plz add more k2 ,upto 100 mcg.Also for old friends ,plz use glucosamine , chondroitin along with any calcium supplement. Easier joint movement is more important than strong bones.

I just start taking this supplement 4 days ago and I have notice a big improvement. My hands would shake, eyes where dry, legs would cramp and my skin even feel different. All these things have improve a lot, just from taking this supplement
