Contacted company due to the sensor error code (E33). They sent out a repair person from a local company they contracted. The repair person said that they weren’t familiar with this product and when they called the company support informed me they weren’t familiar with not helpful. The repair person gave up after 3 hours of unhelpful support from the company. The company did not refund my money and said that they would send me a check. I still haven’t received the check and had to pay Lowe’s to remove the item when I purchased another brand. Buyer be forewarned.

I recently purchased the Midea dryer, and I'm absolutely thrilled with its performance and compact design. It has been a game-changer for my laundry routine, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.First and foremost, the compact size of this dryer is perfect for my small laundry area. The dryer didn't work coming out of the box, warranty process requires multiple phone calls with multiple individuals who don't seem to be on the same page. You have to e-mail the amazon receipt and take a picture of the serial number and e-mail it as well.It took over 6 weeks to finally get an appliance repair person out to inspect it. Replaced 2 motors and the board., however the unit is still not functioning.They finally concluded that the dryer requires a 220V dedicated connection which cannot be shared with any other appliance.The warranty process took so long that the return window is now closed and I am stuck with an appliance that has been repaired 3 times and still doesn't work.I would strongly advise to steer clear and not buy.

The washer works great and is pretty quiet. It only does small loads though, so if you need a large load machine this will not be for you. It fits in small spaces and through small doors and is stackable with the dryer. I would not have bought these if I had space for a larger machine, but it has been a pleasant surprise. Lots of settings, gets the clothes clean, and is efficient.

We have a basement apartment that does not have a dryer vet so finding this dryer was incredible and works great!

There is not a word in the listing that this dryer is supplied without a plug, that it requires a two-phase connection, that you need to buy a plug separately. So also not a simple plug, but 3 wire power supply cord 10 gauge solid copper wires and match a3-wire receptacle of NEMA Type 10-30R. In the listing, it is presented as if it is possible to buy and easy to use, but it is not. If you have regular standard sockets at home like mine, then it's better to forget about this dryer. They gave me so much trouble because of this. They stuck a photo with the customer service number on the dryer, but it's just for beauty. We called, wanted someone to come, but they refused. In general, terribly disappointed.

If you’re from the US, be aware if you buy this item it will not work without buying a specific plug. I’ve never bought a piece of equipment that did not come with the electrical plug.
