Good close shave

If you get the razor seen in the picture, with all the lime green accents on it, then you've hit the jackpot and may never need to order a new razor again. I've been using mine (shop bought) for years with the same head!!.. sounds crazy i know, but I can still use it anywhere to get a skin close finish without any irritation. Sadly the motor has given up now so i cannot use the trimmer, but that doesn't detract from what a great razor this has been for me. However when i ordered this one on Amazon, the handle was all blue (not that it matters but helps identify it) and the motor never worked very well and the razor head probably isn't as good or as long-lasting.

This is my fourth or fifth purchase of this model shaver, but considering that I got the first one over 30 years ago, that’s not so bad. That means each one lasts something like six or seven years or so, which isn’t bad for a little thing powered by a single AAA battery that has become an essential part of my daily grooming. People will debate endlessly about which blade gives “THEE BEST” shave, but for my particular face and beard, it is this model blade, and nothing by Gillette, that fits the bill; with the smoothest result and the fewest nicks and cuts. The buzzing trimmer is not something that you can really give yourself a full haircut with, yet it keeps the results of one’s previous haircut looking neater, for longer, more easily and portably than anything else I am aware of. Your own opinion or results may vary, I understand this is a very subjective thing and what works for one person may not work for another, but there you go. I’m sticking with this one.

At last---a close comfortable wet shave that beats the dreaded Gillette and lasts.
