Product met and exceeded my expectation

It will answer a call and hang up. Won't increase the stereo volume, will play next song, haven't been able to get it to voice activate

I cycle a lot and this device will come in handy for answering calls when riding or during other activities. When riding, my iPhone phone is mounted in a phone holder and if a call comes in, it doesn’t always respond well to me tapping the screen while moving. This device connects to the handlebars via a rubber strap and you need only press the center button to answer the call and push the “+” or “-“ symbols to raise or lower the phone volume. You can also listen to songs on your phone by pushing the center button or the > (forward) or < (reverse) buttons.My iPhone quickly paired with the device via Bluetooth and is listed as “QXS-001. No app is needed. The directions state that you can also play and switch songs by pushing the > or < buttons but that didn’t work on my iPhone. (Maybe it works on Android) Repeated presses would either restart or pause a song but not advance it to the next song. There is no off/on button. To turn it on you’ll need to press the center button. It turns off on its own after 8 minutes. Once it’s “on”, if you press the center button again within the eight-minute window, it automatically starts playing the most recent song from your music list. That may not always be desired if you're in a quiet setting.In case you’re wondering, the strap isn’t long enough to be worn around your wrist but is long enough to wrap around a handlebar, steering wheel or something that’s about 2” in diameter or smaller. It has an interesting attachment system that relies on stretching the band over two small pegs. So far, it hasn’t fallen off, but I’m not sure I completely trust it and would have preferred something that locks securely until removed.Bottom Line: Great for quickly answering your phone and adjusting the speaker volume without having to fumble and find your phone. There is no mic or speaker built into this remote and as it controls your phone but doesn't replace your phone.

Worked great until it didn’t. The buttons stopped controlling music and volume. Tried unpairing and repairing. Even tried it with another phone. …all the same results.

pairs easily with the phone (Galaxy S20) and works every time

I wanted to use this on a motorcycle to see how well it worked. About 10 hours of riding so far without needing recharging. It pairs with my phone in about a second and doesn't appear to disconnect or reconnects seamlessly so I have no issues with waiting for it to communicate with my phone if I haven't used it in a long period. Will have to wait and see how long it lasts.
