A good, time-consuming project
Well, this is really a very good model to make - I bought it as a long-term project and several months in I'm happily plodding along spending a few hours a week on it and really enjoying the experience. The instrucctions can be a little on the light side but the pictures and drawings really help to show what you need to do - just perfect for me !

Smaller than you will expect.
Quite a nice model but I found the written instructions over detailed an confusing in places; a fair number of specialized modelling tools ( which are not cheep) are also required, and though it is possible to manage without, in places it's' not easy. However, BUYERS BE WARE, I have actually built this model before, and I bought it this time because I wanted to build a much larger Victory; they all look alike on the box, so at 660 mm (in advert) it seemed just what I wanted - sadly, this model is only 440 mm, so I have had to send it back, and have also written to them to change the specifications. Amazon please do likewise.

I’m a third of my way through building this kit. But I’d just like to inform anyone contemplating buying this kit that the instructions have been compiled by someone who has absolutely no idea about what their doing. How a company can possibly release an incomprehensible set of instructions is beyond me If your not experienced in model making I suggest you give this company a very wide birth
