Q: Is this glass? Does this need to be hand washed?

We send ours though a commercial dishwasher and they do fine. We do have to wipe it down after the cleaning process to remove any spotting, but it seems to hold up fine.

Q: What is the beverage container made or? Glass, acrylic, or something else?

The beverage container is acrylic. We use ours at an event space and they do fine going through a commercial dishwasher.

Q: Can I put the fruit under the drink dispenser?

Yes,there are enough zones to put something you want under the beverage dispenser.
