Are the booties attached to the costume?

The booties and hood are separate to the jumpsuit.

Is the fabric really thick and fleecy? And do the feet have grips?

The material was really thin and of poor quality. I didn't feel it was worth the money so returned it for a refund. I don't remember the feet having grips.
