Highly recommend this book! If you love a guardian turned single dad in a small town, definitely pick it up. There's also the aspect of him being a billionaire with a slightly dark past which caught up to him and has caused heartache. Also the plot twist you will never see coming!!!The only thing I found was it was highly descriptive, which is not a bad thing by any means but sometimes I prefer dialogue lol!Please read it!

What a blazing start to this new series, I loved this introduction to Time River.Caleb Greyson has a haunted past in Seattle and escapes to Time River in Colorado, where he buys a huge ranch.He appears to be the total grumpy billionaire boss, and only cares for the 5 year old Evelyn.When he hires the chaotic whirlwind that is Paisley Dae to teach Evelyn horse riding, let the fireworks begin!!I loved these characters, and the background to their stories.If you enjoy small-town, grumpy/sunshine, with a good storyline, then go grab this!

What a book, thoroughly enjoyed reading every page. There is always a twist in every one of her books. I can't wait for her next book to be released

I can’t begin to describe how much I loved this book. The writing draws you into the heart and minds of the characters immediately. This isn’t your run of the mill romance, it has a bit of everything - attraction, angst, mystery, hot spice 🥵 and a grumpy MMC who steals your heart almost immediately. Easily one of my favourite books of the year!

Incredible start to a brand new series from this author.I love , love , loved this book.I was hooked from the very start.It had me smiling , laughing and swooning throughout.Caleb is so grumpy but oh so yummy.Paisley is definitely the sunshine in this book , I just loved everything about her. Then there is little Evelyn , she is just the sweetest , she makes my heart melt.I'm so excited for what's to come in this series , once again this author did not disappoint.I would definitely recommend this amazing five-star read.

Having read a number of AL Jacksons’s book I knew when I got this ARC that I would absolutely love it and I was right.She writes broken, morally grey male characters so very well and a Caleb is a man who doesn’t feel he is worthy of love, at the same time has so much love to give, he is too scared to show it and open himself up to a happy future. He’s a man out of his comfort zone trying to make a safe future for himself and Evelyn.Paisley is a strong, funny and self assured character who’s love of horses bring her into contact with Caleb. She can see behind the walls he has built up and is smitten with him, she knows he is worthy of happiness and she’s determined to deliver that for him.One of my favourite things about Amy’s books are that she writes the cutest children ever ! they add such an amazing dimension to her stories you cannot help but fall head over heels with her characters.The small town, ranch setting was perfect, books with horses in them is always a winner with me and a single dad - what else could I want !!!! The suspense in the novel also added an extra element and a great writer has you second guessing who is the villain and I didn’t see that coming !!!!I loved the dynamic and spark between Caleb and Paisley which could not be extinguished and I cannot wait for read in this new series. Another wonderful romance which I loved and this author cements her self among my absolute favourites. Go and buy and enjoy!!Many thanks to the author and valentines pr for the ARC of this one. A fantastic start to a new series. This author is someone I always look forward to when she releases a new book. I was not disappointed by this one. It gives you small town suspense and that is my favourite.The main characters Caleb and Paisley were amazing, SO MUCH CHEMISTRY! There will they wont they, the banter, the push and pull between them. Paisley especially grabbed my heart, she is sweet and caring but full of her own quirks and I laughed hard at times. Paisley is hired to teach Evelyn how to ride her horse and the relationship Paisley and Evelyn built was adorable. You could feel the love coming off the page. Caleb is filthy in the bedroom and also filthy rich, he is morally grey but oh so hot. I loved watching Caleb and Paisley develop and become a family.Can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series. Everything you could want and more.

A fantastic, enemies to lovers, small town romantic suspense offering form AL Jackson and the first book in the Time River series as Paisley Dae makes an impression on her new boss Caleb Greyson when she backs into his car. The only thing that saves her is that she’s good at her job and only the best will do for Greyson especially when it comes to his young daughter Evelyn.Love Me Today had everything I love in a book. A small town setting, amazing grumpy/sunshine characters with chemistry and a strong dose of threats and suspense that kept me guessing who the villain of the story was right to the end. Throw in a cute little girl to sweeten the pot and you’ve got the perfect recipe for the beautiful and touching romance. I can’t wait to return to Time River and more from this wonderful series.
