This book is incredibly informative, comprehensive, and engaging, covering a wide range of topics. I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. The bonus section on Kemetic Yoga was a pleasant surprise and a highlight for me.

Great overview of ancient spirituality with lots of content that gave me new perspectives. I loved the advice and practical techniques that can be utilised daily. I’m not sure about the nutritional component as this does not support my lifestyle.I will continue to use this as a reference book for future use - I know I’ll keep going back to it.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

It’s like reading a history book. It also talks about principles and universal laws. This book definitely gives you the aha moment with its word of wisdom and for me it is to choose a profession that is in alignment with your personality because the positive emotions that stem from enjoying your work will result in a continuous positive outlook which will have beneficial impact on your health in both short and long term.

I’ve always been fascinated by Egyptian history, mythology, and spiritual way of life, and this book did not disappoint. But the author doesn’t simply re-present material that’s commonly found on the internet. I’d never heard of a lot of the concepts e.g. The 42 Laws of Ma’at, which illustrate Kimetic principles, like all good spiritual/religious concepts, teaches good values. Then the Kemetic star signs, which I shall be studying in more detail.Loved the beautiful, artistic images portraying the Egyptian Gods too and background history for each one.I’ve delved into a lot of what some refer to as New Age spiritualism, but this book seems to present concepts and knowledge from thousands of years ago and show how science and new age spirituality are in fact based on similar knowledge.The Glossary is a really nice touch, so you can easily look up the meaning of the many acronyms.
