Unpretentious Red Bell Pepper Powder, 2 Cups, Fine Ground, Sweet & Tangy, Soups & Stews, Flavorful

Should not be called unpretentious. Very flavorful and brilliant color.

Flavor is great, price is decent. However it came and half the bottle is a hard clump. Kinda disappointed. I know I can break it apart but it's frustrating.

This is a delicious spice works with just about everything. Haven't tried it on ice cream yet LOL but I'm sure it would be good.

I love bell peppers for flavor and it's health benefits. Unfortunately, fresh peppers are not always convenient especially for adding to ramen. I like using freeze dried veggies as well as powdered to add a boost of flavor and variety to quick meals such as ramen and broths. I am glad to have found this product.

This would be a wonderful bell pepper powder if it wasn’t solids as a rock! It smells wonderful and I love that it’s only pure ground up bell pepper however, I can’t even break it up with a hammer and knife, so my purchase was unusable : (( .**update**:After I sent my review, I received an email from the owner/company. Let me tell you about great customer service, just by my review above, i recd a nice message where they offered me a complete refund when this isn’t a refundable product, and I’m past the 30 day deadline too, wow, that’s customer service! I won’t bash the seasoning itself bcuz it smells devine, and I’m positive it’s delicious, unfortunately mine must not have had enough of the additive to keep it from compacting to this state.So please don’t base your decision not to buy this on my own experience, things like this happen every now and again. And when I’m finished with the poor excuse for read pepper seasoning I bought at Walmart, I’ll be reordering another one of these from this seller.

I use a lil of this In jambalaya & shrimp creole, it gives those dishes an amazing flavor.

I haven't found many products that powder red bell pepper. It cakes up terribly, but I would rather have it caking up than having a whole bunch of silica added to it. Although, the manufacturer could add a desiccant pack to it.

This product is great when you need to add bell pepper flavor without having the pepper available or just maybe you are feeling a by little lazy.
