They work good
I used these for access to my fuel tank that I put under the boat floor on an old StarCraft I’m restoring. They work good. You’ll need to slightly over size the hole or else they won’t open of the walls are squeezing in. The 4 inch size is just big enough to fit my hand through to get to tank fittings and sending unit.

Great for Boat Refueling Cover
I have a Mako Pro Skiff that had removable tanks under the rear deck of my boat. Refueling can be a pain as you need to slide our out to refuel and put it back in full. The deck hatch allows me to refuel without doing that. Easy for a hobbyist to install with just a jigsaw.
