12 volt anyplace you need
Great unit, I needed a 12volt supply to run lights in a stove, this is easy and safe for behind the stove, or anyplace you need 12 volts with out having to recharge all the time.

Good value
Product works as intended and is very easy to install. No issues with becoming hot. Although I am using this indoors it looks like there would be no issues with outdoor use. Seems to be built well.

seemed to work but ultimately didn't - use Mean Well only (Update: seller refunded)
UPDATE: seller contacted me after reading my review and offered to refund my money. They didn't even ask me to send the supply back. Kudos to a good seller for having good customer service! I still don't know if my unit was defective, or just not the correct type of supply for my purpose (I needed regulated constant voltage, but the mention of LED use makes me think this might be constant current, but difficult to tell with limited/conflicting specs given -- both LED use mentioned as well as DC cameras, etc). So I raised to 4 stars since ultimately it didn't cost anything to try it, other than the time involved.Initial review:I planned to use this supply to drive 10 Buck/boost regulators (the model with adjustable current limit, Amazon part #B0781JC2WK) for up to 10 strings of LED garden lights that I am converting from solar. Power needs here are minuscule -- only 100mA per output, so 10 regulators, around 85% or better efficiency would still be very close to 1A total with all 10 strings used. With all 10 unloaded regulators connected, it seemed to work fine with a single strand of lights going (did this to adjust each regulator to ~100mA) but when I connected 5 strings to test half-max current and check heat levels on the regulators, it did some blinking on for a fraction of a second over and over thing like it couldn't handle with that much current. Maybe this type of supply is the wrong type for this use case? It mentioned being used to run security cameras, so I assumed general voltage regulation up to 2.5A was within its capabilities. I switched to my Meanwell 8A supply (Amazon B019GYOMN6) and everything worked perfectly, drawing a mere 350mA total current. So in order to not waste an 8A supply when less than 1A was needed, and to get a smaller one that would fit in the same enclosure, I ordered a Mean Well 12v 3A supply (Amazon B0180WDIKS).My instinct is to always use Mean Well supplies in my projects, and with the simple needs here, and the large number of positive reviews, I decided to make an exception for the sake of a nice weatherproof package and nice size that fit well in my enclosure, but it was a mistake. Something as simple as a 12v supply with less than 0.5A needed seemed like an easy enough task to risk it, but no. I won't ever use any unknown brand of supply on future projects, and I recommend the same for you. And really there wasn't any need to bypass Mean Well on this one, since the 3A weatherproof equivalent from Mean Well was actually the same price, within a dollar.

Works well
Works well great for what I used them for.

Easy to install
Used it on an LED light for my pool. So far it seems to work well and was easy to connect. Small enough to hide next to a downspout and seems to be good quality. Was much cheaper than the local hardware stores.

Small and compact.
Worked better than expected!

Works well so far
I tied the two red wires together and the two black wires together to get 200W. The output appears to be around 12.1 volts on mine with no load. I use it to run a 12-volt SeaFlo 56A pump. So far it works well. It doesn't seem quite as strong (but close) as a fully charged 12v battery at 12.8 volts but works well. I've used it on/off for most of a day on the pump and things worked as expected.
