I started taking this product three days ago and I was very skeptic. I decided to pair this product with NMNH which is a booster for NAD plus and when I tell you in three days, my energy level is almost that of an adolescent I work a very physical job and everybody at work comments on my energy level these past few days And how jealous they are. I don’t have any mid afternoon crashes when I wake up in the morning, I’m ready to go and my energy level stays the same all day. It never dips. I haven’t really noticed anything on my skin yet cause it’s only been three days but the energy is definitely a yes. I’ve been taking this for over a week now. I’m 51 and was suffering from menopause symptoms that just hit me this year, like a brick. Brain fog, depression, fatigue, skin changes, inflammation, sleep difficulty. I started this and added a saffron 30mg supplement and I feel like a new person. I’m prone to anxiety so this was a side effect the first couple of days, but has subsided for the most part. My breasts were tender after a couple days of taking also, so I think it’s helping my estrogen levels. I have so much energy and I have found that the activities I used to enjoy are fun again. I haven’t woken up stiff and sore all week. Hopefully I will notice some skin improvement the longer I take it. I have noticed that my face has more color as I’m normally quite pale. No side effects noticed other than the anxiety from the crackhead energy at first and breast tenderness, like I said.
