Catching LEGO
Great item - good service from the seller via Amazon. Hot Wheels bricks definitely getting closer to other leading bricks brand in terms of product, fit & finish, and at a better price point. These look more model like, and less Toy like. Less studs on show.

Nice models almost on par with Lego
I've completed this Ason Martin Vulcan and the Honda NSX with the Corvette still to go. So the big question is are they as good as Lego technic models....nearly. I'd say ease if putting the pieces together is about 90% as easy as lego, you do find some are a bit reluctant to snap together but not to the point of detracting from the overall build. The instructions could be better, just a little difficult to see exactly where to align pieces but again you get there in the end. The over all models are very nice once assembled and anyone would be hard pressed to tell them apart from Lego cars. Given the slightly cheaper price point I think they are well worth doing for anyone like me who has been through the crop of this year's Lego technic cars already.

Fairly well thought out build. Purchased for 2 reasons. 1) relive my childhood or lego-esque bricks and whatnots 2) relive my inspiration for Audi quattro brand that I fell in love with decades ago. I had a few extra pieces, infact enough to construct an e brake and implement a better shifter.. thanks mega block/hot wheels!
