The first lot of earphones that really do the job
Fabulous. Have used Speedo mp3s in the past which were fine but the buds sometimes leaked and fell out. The cable was a pain too. But I must say I love these. Swim once a week and have had no probs at all since I bought them 2 months ago. Easy to set up and use and they work! The alice band keeps earbuds in place - and the sound quality is great considering I'm splashing around in water - let's be honest they were never intended to be Bang n Olufsen. Bluetooth in the pool isn't a winner - there's too much interference - and why would you need it when you have all the songs in situ anyway? Unless I want to take a phone call whilst tumble turning... The bluetooth when running is much more feasible, although again you do a look ponce answering a call on your trendy new iwatch, whilst spluttering an incomprehensible reply to the caller. BT Music transmission is great if you need to Spottificate or whatever the verb is. The price is great value - normal headphones cost as much. Make sure you change earbuds for out of pool, as they block external sound quite effectively and can be dodgy for not hearing cars, bike bells, horses hooves or other road users. At the risk of doing a' Remington', they are so good, I bought.. a pair for my wife and a friend from Russia. Top drawer.

Don’t waste your money.
A bit of background first. After sending back my Sony NW WS623 due to really poor sound quality under water, I went for these as soon as they came back in stock. I’ll be leaving a review on those at some point. So I know these were half the price so wasn’t expecting a direct comparison, however the first thing I noted was that the build quality was so much lower than the Sony, they were flimsy and the design didn’t leave me feeling particularly confident, especially around the wiring connection and hinges. They felt like they have been made using cheap plastic. That said, I charged them up, popped some MP3 tracks on (which was easy to drop and drag) and thought I’d reserve judgement. The sound quality was good, as was the volume. Bluetooth and MP3 mode seemed to work well and the function/buttons easy to operate.Off I went to the pool (which was my main reason for getting these). The pool is indoors and only 1.4m deep so well within the range and depth. All good so far. Swimming breast stroke went well, with the sound quality and volume not affected for my 30 minute swim. They sat in my ear well and the only problem I encountered with the fit was that they came loose and fell off when I pushed off from the side to quickly.I followed the instructions post swim, let them dry out etc and stored them away pending their next use.The next time I tried to use them, the unit was working normally and then all of a sudden, none of the buttons would respond. I reset it accordingly (following the instructions) and they popped back into life, only for this to continually happen. They settled down once again.....but wait, the saga continues....The unit then started trying to switch from MP3 to Bluetooth for no apparent reason. Then, it wouldn’t find any MP3 tracks at all. I tried to connect it to my computer to try and reinstall them but guess what?......The unit is no longer recognised by my PC so it’ll only work on Bluetooth - no good in the pool or as they were designed. All this on a unit just over a week old and used twice.Maybe I was unlucky, maybe this is the norm. Either way, they are on their way back and I’ll start my search all over again.I really did have high hopes for these but feel let down by the hype, especially after reading online reviews. Most disappointed.

Great product at great price.
Great MP3 player. For the much cheaper price than the Sony MP3 player that I have been used to for years, I was a bit dubious about trying this instead. But so far it has far exceeded my expectations. And the sound quality is also much better than the Sony and can go much louder.

Solid Headphones
I might be reviewing these headphones too soon because I've only had them for a week and haven't used them while swimming yet but so far, I'm happy with this purchase. Used them in the gym and Bluetooth works great and they are comfortable enough to wear for a while. I wear them with my eye glasses too and still just as comfortable. The fact that you can turn on/off, skips tracks, and change volume without using your phone is really nice. Pairing with your device is also super easy. Sound quality is decent. These aren't Bose headphones but I'm happy enough with the sound.

Sound quality great - shame doesn't last more than few months.
Bought originally in January when I started swimming but had to get them replaced in March. Had been great since then but around 3rd week of September sound on one side is almost gone. Contacted seller as still under warranty until January - have had no response. Product is currently unavailable. Very disappointing as when they work they are great - gives great movement, sound and easy to add music. Have given 2 stars for freedom of movement and sound but taken away three stars due to 2nd pair failed and lack of response from seller.

They work but pants at charging
My first swimming earphones- suspect not my lastThey just don’t hold their charge. Am getting organised but have to make sure they are charged overnight then race to the pool so they aren’t out by the time I need them. Probably worth spending more if you know you’ll use them but if it is a test of ‘will I?’ They do the job
