I bought this primarily for drains as supermarket caustic based products seem to be weak and ineffective. This works well. AND......I also wanted liquid caustic and a large plastic tray for the racks etc in the oven for cleaning them in. I knew this would probably deal with the grease so used this as cleaner for those racks etc. It worked a treat! I poured about 2.5ltrs in a large tray (you can buy them here too), and put the racks in it, brushing over the racks to make sure they were well covered with it, left them for thirty minutes or so, and brushed them over again. The grease fell off, and rinsing in the sink, bar the odd stubborn bit, brought them back to shiny. Very useful stuff.

Drain outside the kitchen was blocked and flooding my garage. Before I paid to have it cleared, based on another review, I thought i'd give it a ago. Poured about 2.5 ltrs down the drain, left it for a couple of hours and flushed it with 2ltrs of boiling water. Wasn't sure it had worked so poured about another half ltr into the boiling water.Next day checked it and the drain is now clear anf flowing freely.

Unsure if it works, has a strong sweet marzipan smell and the product is supposed to be unscented? Feels like I am pouring sugar syrup down my drain?

Omg this stuff actually works.My outside drain was clogged up and overflowing., stinking. Making my garden a right mess.,Didn't want to pay stupid price for a drain guy to come out so thought I'd try this. Left it a good hour or so then flushed with a full hot water from kettle. And I can't believe it's actually worked. I put some in my kitchen drain too and thinking that might of helped cleared the blockage. Definitely worth the money.

Terrible, doesn't work

Delivered the next day and used immediately in kitchen sink, bath and washbasin with very fast results after leaving for one hour and flushing with boiling water followed by cold. Shall use on 2 outside drains overnight as well. Mighty pleased.
