With age (I am 85), I no longer fall asleep at once, sleep all night, and leap out of bed in the morning. However, I find that with this product I can once again fall asleep at once and fall back asleep after getting up for the bathroom, and if I don't leap out of bed in the morning, I do get enough sleep overnight to start the day happily. I've tried several sleep aids, and this is the one that works best for me.

I think this supplement helped me sleep and did make me feel calmer, but when I took the recommended dosage I felt intermittently dizzy(room spinning) for up to 4 days after. It was positional and I never felt so bad I didn’t try it again, but I feel like it’s worth knowing that it’s possible to have that type of side effect. When I’d take only 2 capsules I was only sorta dizzy for a few hours I took it.

Por temas amorosos ultimamente tenía mucha ansiedad y se nota muchissimo la reducción de estrés en el cuerpo. Te puedes concentrar mejor, ser un poco mas feliz, enfocarte en lo q tienes delante sin tener esa tristeza profunda. Empece tomandome los 3 diarios y ahora con 1 después de comer me sirve y ahora lo uso como complemento alimenticio del gym ya q una reduccion de estrés ayuda a reducir la grasa, a quemarla mejor y tiene propiedades q tb ayuda a la ganancia muscular. Así q este producto lo compré por varios motivos y la verdad es que me esta ayudando sin notar ningun efecto segundario como algunas webs mencionan como cansancio o ganas de dormir. En mi caso sigo activo pero con menos tristeza. Así q he acertado. En cuanto a la ganancia muscular pues bueno, será a largo plazo o poco motorio igual q la reduccion de grasa. Ayudará pero por si solo no hace milagros, tienes q poner de tu parte con ejercicio. Igualmente hay estudios donde demuestran esa mejora pero no es un complemento importante que marque grandes diferencias pero si animicamente si tienes como era en mi caso ansiedad q he mejorado muchissimo.

Ero scettico, non facevo piú di 7 ore di letto da almeno 30 anni e con ansia e bruciori di stomaco, da quando la prendo, dormo di piú, dormo molto meglio, sono piú calmo, ho un'armatura dalla cattiveria delle persone, non me la prendo piú quindi sono meno permaloso, ho piú resistenza, vedo il mondo e le cose in modo ottimista, ho meno dolori e piú energia, sono piú felice! I’ve tried these for a couple of months and then stopped for about three weeks because I ran out. Let me tell you I really felt it during this break. It helps with motivation, focus, mood and energy levels. I’ve purchased it again as it’s helping me deal with stress during a very challenging time in my life. It really works but you need to be consistent. I take it in the morning and even gave up coffee because I’m trying to get my cortisol levels down which this supplement is great for.
