NutrimillCookie Paddles with Metal Whip Drive for Bosch Universal Mixers and NutriMill Artiste Mixer

The paddles themselves are the same as my other ones but the mount is metal. I am unsure why the mixer comes with a plastic mount and clearly says use metal only.?.It does seem to be a much more sturdy set up for sure.

I love how the cookie paddles mix big batches of dough with ease. If you make a lot of cookies, I highly recommend these paddles.

Easy to use. Reaches the side of the bowl perfectly.

I purchased a new Bosch mixer in December of 2023. Not only did it NOT come with extremely basic parts (these cookie paddles, cake paddles—more than $50 out the door for just these things), the parts are complete garbage. I brought brownies to a party and someone (very politely) informed me that they found a piece of white plastic in their brownie. Mortifying!! I went home to look and lo and behold…a piece of plastic missing from the paddles. I used soft butter and it was a very easy dough to work with. I guess I’m back to kitchen aid!

It is stronger than the the original.I love the metal whip drive!

The cookie paddles blend even cookie recipes with lots of add ins like oats, chocolate chips, nuts, M&M’s really well. Love my Bosch and the cookie paddles ! So easy I never buy store cookies any more.

Paddles are sturdy. Fits nicely in the metal attachment. Blends well and almost cleans the bowl while blending. I still needed to scrape the area. One of two of my biggest complaints is getting the paddles scraped down…good luck…they twist, turn, spin…so scraping the paddles is a huge mess! Also trying to disconnect the paddles from the metal attachment without getting batter all over your fingers and hands is IMPOSSIBLE!

I made chocolate chip cookies and not weird sounds. The wire wisks I used to use definitely were not as good as this. I would recommend to anyone considering.
