I order the size 30 for my 6yr old. I could have gotten the size 27 for him. But it’s perfect. The color is royal blue. I love that it does bring an adorable kindergarten certificate for the teacher to fill out. It comes with the tassel.

I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter graduating from kindergarten. It is very good material

This was so cute, but did not come with a tassel. Got the smallest size for my small 5 1/2 yr old, and it just barely fits. It feels kinda like Halloween costume, but soft enough. Other than the tassel thing, I was pretty pleased with the purchase overall.
