I bought this after getting an invite from amazon. I'm not really a gold watch type of guy but I figured it was a great price for a quality timepiece. I believe Citizen manufactures Bulova. Very easy to set, easy to size the bracelet if you have a kit, and looks nice. Yes, the outer edge of the dial rotates too! I wish it had some higher end features - titanium, sapphire crystal, etc, btu I can't complain. The shipping time was amazing... bought it at 5pm, had it the next day at 11am.
