This one does do great for your hard punch bag practice.It fits well, protect your joints well for very hard punching bag ( I have its heavy punching bag for kickboxing )

Let me just say, getting these gloves made me fall in love with training all over again.I got 16oz as a 6ft4 180 pound guy with normal hand size, they are somewhat big on the inside but with adequate wrapping I have never had any problems with it.It doesnt arrive as stiff as other leather products, easy to make a fist and clinch with. probably the best glove for clinching practice. I also love guarding up with these gloves because of the padding everywhere.Even though they are 16oz, they feel lighter, and my hands fly during sparring. this is because padding is not concentrated at the knuckle, it is evenly distributed throughout. blocking kicks is also a breeze because of this design.one little problem is the thumb. it kind of sticks out, there were 2-3 times when I actually accidentally poked my sparring partner with it. it happens very rarely and is most likely my fault, but it has never happened with another glove.To sum up, this is easily one of the best muay thai gloves you can get, and is fully worth it's price. wrist support and hand room inside might not be the best, but I actually like both features and never had any problems with it.

These are by far the best gloves for muay thai training or sparring. Light, comfortable durable, fits nice and snug, (I bought the 16 ounce), and it's easy to put on and take off because of the velcro. These gloves are solid tough and can take the abuse. Highly recommended!

This is one of in my opinion the best brands of boxing slash muay Tia gloves I’ve ever used they last forever mine have only now started to show wear after 6 months of nonstop use they are well worth the price

Es mi segundo par de Fairtex, son una chulada en todos los aspectos,protección en los nudillos y muñecas, comodidad, estética, durabilidad y son mágicos por que NO SE APESTAN en comparación con otras marcas.

Compré la medida de 16 Oz y tengo que admitir que se sienten más livianos que otros guantes que he tenido de diferentes marcas pero misma medida, son muy cómodos y se siente la calidad de los materiales y su construcción, al ser para Muay Thai no tienen mucho soporte en la muñeca para que sea más cómodo el clinch, eso a algunos que los quieran para solo box les puede llegar a incomodar, pero no es nada que no se solucione con un buen vendado de manos, en general es un producto muy bueno y el modelo clásico que se ve limpio y duradero 👌

...but im not sure the 16oz is a true 16.Ive 14oz of another brand and theyre way more padded than my 16s.They fit good and are durible though.Would reccomend.
