Sends me to the toilet regularly
It's a good product, easy to swallow capsules. It helps me go to the toilet more regularly. It doesn't cause an upset stomach. Would recommend

Amazing
My husband had a Wipples procedure 8 years ago and has suffered constant stomach pains every since. He was prescribed Nomacol by the doctor but this is no longer available, so we have been looking for an alternative for the last couple of months. He's only been taking the Psyllium Husk Fibre for 3days for already there is a 100% improvement, he hasn't had any severe stomach for the last 3 days and he is now able to go to the loo on the regular basis. I think this will be in our medicine cupboard for many years to come, can't recommend this highly enough.
