Since so many lemon juices are just concentrates now, I prefer using citric acid. This works perfectly for cheesemaking and has given me some great cheeses. Additionally, if you have allergies in the house, this is perfect. I have allergies and ran into undisclosed cross-contamination using other citric acids. This is a little bit pricier, but worth it for the peace of mind if you're an allergy household.

This is a great value. We have very hard water, and before using this our dishes were covered in white film and spots. Now the dishes are shiny and not gritty. I also use this to clean and deodorize my wood cutting boards. Works like a charm. Well worth the price for the amount you get and how long it lasts.

I like this brand for my bath bombs, but the bag is too small...well say smaller than expected. However that is on me because I didn't really pay attention to the size. It worked in my bath bombs perfectly. I need a larger size though moving forward.
