Tefal YV9601 hot air-Fritteuse Actifry 2IN1

I have just joined slimming world and the SW Consultant recommended the machine as it’s oil content for cooking is low. I wish I had looked at more machines as this one came from Spain and was £30 more expensive than other machines on your site delivery was really good it came before the date that I was told.

I have only had this product for a few days now so I am still learning the best cooking times etc.I was very happy with the delivery, it only took 4 days to arrive. I was kept updated with the shipping and delivery schedule, and the item arrived as scheduled.After I had ordered the product, I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews stating that the product did not come with a UK plug (although on the advert it did state that a UK plug was included), my Tefal Actifryer DID arrive with a UK plug.I also read that the instruction manual was not in English......this is correct, although I soon downloaded and printed off the manual in English off the Tefal website.I had previously owned a 1.5 family Tefal Actifryer & I was over the moon with the product. The main thing I used it for was to cook healthy chips.I chose the 2 in 1 Actifryer to hopefully get more out it than just chips.I have cooked chicken burgers in the top & chips in the bottom & they both cooked great.I have cooked scampi in the top but they were a little dry.I have cooked steak (with garlic butter) in the top & Mediterranean vegetables in the bottom & they were lovely (I think the garlic butter helped to stop the steak drying out & I cut up the steak into bite size pieces half way through).I have cooked sausages & egg in the top & chips in the bottom, the sausages cooked lovely, I put the egg in a silicon egg poacher but it came out hard but edible. The chips seemed to take a long time to cook & I got fed up of waiting for them, it seemed that the top tray was preventing the chips from cooking properly.I am keen to try cooking a lot more combinations.I would recommend this product although it is expensive.

The unit is excellent, very happy with the Tefal, but they did not enclose the English instructions, (it was all in German) and even to this date i have not received the instruction booklets even after numerous phone call, and after sending an emails to the UK office, they sent me an email with attatchment and instructions on how to print the booklet. not very happy whit the results as this was around 6 weeks after purchase

Never had one before. First time using it and well impressed. Looking forward to doing so many different things in it

My only mistake was buying it from a German firm so I could not get English instructions but it makes lovely chips

Bought this, and it came from a seller in Germany and without a UK plug! Pointless. Dont buy from this listing, make sure you buy one with english in the product title, should have guessed really! I ordered the one with an english title and it was fine, works brilliantly. not sure why amazon have this on the uk site.
