I gave five stars because it is a good product...but it made me feel off. My body just don't need it.

I should have read more closely. What you want is Ubiquinol, not ubidecaronene which is what this is, because that needs to be converted by your body into ubiquinol and the ability to do that decreases with age. I always buy ubiquinol but I generally trust this brand, it was suggested by Amazon when I went to reorder, so I bought it. Will use it since I have it and I don’t like to return especially when it’s my fault, but I will not reorder. I like that it is a whole food product, and has grape seed extract, turmeric, Alma, resveratrol, and garlic, all proven to help reduce the dangerous cholesterol, lipoprotein a (also called L p little a). So maybe this is superior after all, I don’t know.

When my doctor put me on a statin, the nurse told me to take CoQ10 to help with muscle pain. After researching, I chose this product because of the whole food, heart health blend. I was already taking the multi vitamin in this brand. After a few months, I stopped taking the CoQ10 because I wasn't having muscle pain. Mistake!! Within 1 week I began to have the pains and started taking them again. Two days later the pains had stopped. I highly recommend this product.
