CoQ10 Whole Food Heart Health Blend, 120 ct

When my doctor put me on a statin, the nurse told me to take CoQ10 to help with muscle pain. After researching, I chose this product because of the whole food, heart health blend. I was already taking the multi vitamin in this brand. After a few months, I stopped taking the CoQ10 because I wasn't having muscle pain. Mistake!! Within 1 week I began to have the pains and started taking them again. Two days later the pains had stopped. I highly recommend this product.

I gave five stars because it is a good product...but it made me feel off. My body just don't need it.

I haven't used this brand of COQ10 for a long while, but so far, I have no complaints. It's easy to swallow, seems to digest well and has given me no problems. I'll be able to do a better assessment after my long-term use of it.
