Wish I could give this a no star rating! After two trips to the hardware store to replace the wall anchors that are provided with it it’s still loose and dangles off the wall. Also as others have mentioned, the Allen wrench nuts location on the mounting ring is nearly impossible to get to. I was able to fully tighten it after laying wrapped around the toilet for 45 mins. My advice is don’t buy! I usually don’t write reviews but this was such a pain that I felt others should be aware! PS-I also had to install it on side wall because you would have never been able to tighten the Allen nut in the location on the wall behind the toilet

I am adding gold accents here and there to my decor. This worked out nicely, the dirty duties don't have to be ugly

This adds a nice touch of sophistication to our powder room, easing on storage room and adding beauty to the space. I would recommend wearing gloves while putting it together and installing so that you don't end up with fingerprints all over it by time your done like I did. But none the less it is a good product especially for the price!

My order is missing the brush and did not come with the screws for mounting. I completed my powder room reno behind schedule, so, by the time I opened the box it was too late to return the item. Very good looking item but useless without the important parts.

Looks great but there is no way to drain residual toilet water from device which leads to a very smelly brush holder.

Missing screws. Poles don’t fit into bread. Clearly used. Package with plastic anchor in it and was opened in the box. Useless garbage do NOT buy.
