Great little lure, catches good size bass and large panfish! Casts like a fly (light). Don't pop them: when fishing for bass, do long strips with pauses; when going for bluegills and such, just cast and let it sit still. Out of the bag, need to poke a hole in the hook eye (it is filled with paint) and trim the side "whiskers" to about 2/3ds length so they don't get caught in the hook. I only use black, red, and white ones, wish they were sold separately.

These are a nice size for bluegills and bass. The assortment of colors are ones I’ve caught fish on in the past. The rubber legs add a bit of action that produce strikes when twitched. I am going to add a drop of superglue where the feathers are tied in for extra durability. Price is nice for how many poppers you get.

These poppers are made really well, with good curvature in front for making that nice plugging sound when you're popping them across the water. They were larger than I expected. I was going for something more for bluegills and crappies, but these heads are about 1/2 inch. Nice for bass, but you won't be casting them with a fly rod. I rated 5 stars for quality.

For the price, the quality seems fine. However the description indicates a size #6 hook and what was received was much larger, at least a size #2.

You really can't complain about these poppers as you get quite a few for the price. They are not ready to fish out of the package. You will need to poke through the paint to expose the eye but let me tell you, they work and they work well. They are slightly larger compared to my Betts poppers but surprisingly, they make more disturbance on the surface. Not to mention, they cast perfectly on my 6wt. I used the white one this morning and caught about 10 bass. After the last bass, everything has fallen apart. It's not all bad as I can simply re-tie the popper. For the money, I definitely recommend them.
