As someone who’s magnesium/potassium deficient these are a necessity. Since I’ve started taking them I’ve noticed my sleep and mood improve.

Highly recommend. I take 2 every evening, the days I train I take 2 after training as well. Stop researching and get this product.

When I first ordered magnesium from Santa Cruz Paleo, it arrived in a nice glass container with a ribbed cap. When I ordered it, it came in a plastic container and a basic cap. This is a little cherry picking, but originally it was advertised as a glass container and they seem to be cheaping out on that stuff or not sticking by their word. I do notice that the new ones do come with 120 capsules instead of 60, but it should still be in glass packaging. Just wanted to give my thoughts.

Been taking them for about 2 weeks now and definitely notice a difference. I love this company and will continue to buy their products. I like how it comes in a glass bottle.
